Robust Decisions can help your organization to use best-in-class decision methods. Training offerings range from half-day executive tune-ups, to three-day workshops customized to your needs. A preferred method is a combination of training and hands-on facilitation to solve an issue you define. Included in this is two days of on-site training for up to twenty-five participants built around your problem(s) followed by twenty hours of consulting time tailored to your needs.
