Resolution Basics™Resolution Basics is a two day on-site training class for up to twenty five participants that provides the foundation for better decision making through the application of Bayesian Team Support™ methods and the use of powerful decision tools. Included with the training class is a 60 day subscription to Accord Professional for 10 users. Rapid Resolution™Rapid Resolution provides a consultative approach to define and solve a specific issue within your business. Utilizing a proven analytic approach to problem solving, consensus on the best decision is achieved, the methods are documented and the results are guaranteed. A typical Rapid Resolution requires twenty to twenty five hours of consulting time tailored to your needs. Other Training and Facilitation Formats available on request.
